Grant Prospect Research: We offer a 1 months – 3 months contract which entails researching grant opportunities from foundations, to corporations, and to government entities. We access subscription-based databases and look over lists of thousands of potential grant opportunities. We develop a list of best matches and create a personalized grant tracker for your organization to use for your own in-house grant writing or for us to utilize in helping to craft your organization’s story for grant writing.

Grant Writing Contracts: this is at least a 3 months -6 months or a year-long retainer package contract for an full grant writing packages which include grant research, writing a series of highly competitive grant proposals, calling funding sources to learn about the funding opportunities, participating in debriefs with foundations on rejected proposals, and helping you to establish and build long-term relationships with foundations following a successful proposal. We work closely with you to complete your grant application, proposal, organization budget, program budget or letter of inquiry. When you choose to work with us, we take you on beyond just writing your proposals; we not only serve as the connecting bridge to help you get funded but will work with you to ensure the long-term success of the grants program.

Proposal Reviews & Edit:  We edit and proofread your grant proposals before you submit them. We make sure you have crafted the best story possible to highlight the relevance and importance of your organization, how you are a great fit to the funder, and how funding you will be a mutually benefiting relationship. A second set of eyes on your proposal is always important to ensure you follow all the necessary steps and instructions.

Fundraising Development: beyond looking to foundations, corporations, and government entities for grants, we can help your nonprofit in developing various strategies to court and acquire individual donors through various methods. We provide consultation on board development & management, volunteer recruitment, fundraising campaigns and much more.

Nonprofit/Social Enterprise Development & Management: if you are a newly mitted nonprofit or social enterprise, we offer consulting services to assess your organization for grant readiness and we work with you to develop a detailed plan to implement to not only help you start strong and be impactful but also get you ready to be funded by foundation or corporation grants.
